Hot-wire probes can be easily installed and positioned inside flow channels with the retainer. It consists of a probe bracket, shank, clamping flange, chain and chain clamp. The probe can be fully retracted into the shank to protect the probe from damage during installation. It is moved by means of a plastic chain that is attached to the probe holder and protrudes from the bottom of the shaft. A chain clamp is used to fix the chain and thus also the probe. In addition, the shank can be moved and rotated in the clamping flange. Any probe position between the wall mount and maximum shaft length can be adjusted.

The mount is suitable for type HWP10/90 hot-wire probes. The chain remains connected to the probe and must be ordered together with it.
